22A - Elevator Pitch 3
1. The Pitch
2. The feedback from my second pitch that stood out to me as important is how I went over the time limit by almost 30 seconds. This made me realize I need to focus on time-management and getting to the point faster because when I speak to someone in real life they're going to want to hear the main points of my idea, not bluff.
3. Based on the feedback I recieved, I made my pitch time 1 minute and 5 seconds which is a lot closer to 1 minute than the last time. I find that although I gave great detail in my last pitch, the detail in this pitch was closer to the point.

Ciara,
ReplyDeleteYour pitch this time is VERY clear and concise . You communicate your ideas well, and give a good explanation of why and how you think this service would work. You also give the audience a good sense of why it would be a good investment. However, I think in your effort to try to sell the product in a minute or so, you spoke a little too fast and stumbled over your thoughts a little bit. I think you gave great information and spoke clearly, just slow down a little bit! You're a very good speaker and know how to hook an audience. Great pitch, good business idea!
dear ciara,
ReplyDeleteyour pitch is greatly increasing in quality as you consistently rise above your previous elevator pitches by conveying a supreme air of confidence. however, seeing that you had only a minute for this pitch i would advice you to be more concise with your words so you do not have to rush with your pitch. overall this was a large improvement and a great pitch. im in!
Ciara,
ReplyDeleteI think that you did an excellent job of cutting time in your pitch without costing it all of the information that you were trying to get across. This time, you were simply more efficient with your time. You still got basically all of the same information out and did a great job of being informative, but you were not as drawn out with it and therefore would have been able to share the entire pitch with a person in a real life situation.
